You must unsubscribe at least 15 days prior to the last draw date of your current subscription period.
In other words, you participate in a minimum four consecutive EuroMillions draws once your membership begins. If you want to unsubscribe you need to do so 15 days before the last draw.
Log in to your my.Gluto (using your email and password) to see the last draw date of your current membership period, or consult our order confirmation sent to your email.
The small print; The subscription period depends on the (1) renewal interval and (2) payment method you chose during the ordering process.
A subscription runs for a minimum of four weeks when paying via credit card, or 12 weeks if you chose bank transfer.
